My Spiritual realationships with My Four Corneal Transplant Donors

If you are new to this blog then you might want to know that on September 14th 2015,  I had corneal transplant, a gift of vision was given to me for my blind eye by an anonymous person who died and left a preregistered wish to donate. Or, a family with a magnanimous heart, lost a dear one but, had the strength to overlook their grief at the time and made arrangements so that eight recipients like me, in need of organs and tissues could have transplants within hours of the deceased. I am eternally grateful to them for this kindness of theirs. As a result of this transplant I have some vision already and will know the rest when the sutures come out in a years time by September, 2016. It is a long healing period, painful and uneasy for a whole year but this pain is so minuscule compared to the loss of my donor's family. Belief And Success Inseparable

Whatever we achieve in life is the result of our belief. May be we were not conscious of it but we did believe in it for it to happen. The belief comes from our experience and thought and life energy residing inside the physical body. The conscious awareness of this power works in bringing success beyond our imagination. There is another mega benefit of this awareness.  We begin to understand that this energy exists in all creatures. Where and How Do We Lose Fun in Life

We always think of happiness and fun in future.  Our thinking goes like this : when I make lot of money, life would be fun, when I get a job, life would be fun when  i finish my degree, life would be fun, when i find my soulmate, life would be fun, when my kids grow up life, would be fun ........ One day, I wake up find my self alone, tired and no fun either! I did multitasks, mostly did three plus people jobs single handed, so that we will have time later WHAT HAPPENED ? TIME PASSED.  Time passes because, time DOES NOT STOP  ticking for anyone ...... and you missed out. This is how our years pass by and all of a sudden we are left alone with plenty of time. malfunctioning body parts and lots and lots of spare and alone time on our hands, Present Time is the only time that matters. Anger Shoots Off Control

Our belief is that anger is our response to outside stimulus.  Consider this scenario where someone does something or behaves in a certain way that you do not approve of.  Your reaction is that you do not like that and you get angry.  Why ? Because you want that person to behave or do as you like and you do not like his way. In a job, that can be understood but in any relationship it is CONTROL.   We can deny but really that, is what it boils down to. Control is the root cause of tension and stress in Life. Very hard to acknowledge and hard to control. It comes off Greed.  It works as long as one is in a powerful position. Change is a natural process and time does come when change takes place and the controller loses all power and is in a very pathetic position.  No one comes forward to help and is very miserable and often spends the rest of life, alone, sad and in depression. The Gifts Anger Leaves Behind

A -- anxiety n -- stirs negativity sitting in us g -- growls like an animal e -- intellect makes an exit r -- reckless behaviour Anxiety evokes restlessness and you feel you have to respond because it is threatening and insulting  the ego. Changing Thoughts For Peace and Happiness

I read and heard about changing thoughts to happier ones to experience happiness. I found that was a very tall order and tough.  Even if I was able to change the thoughts to happy thoughts, they changed back to unhappy, as soon as something unpleasant happened.  After many many experiments, I found that just changing the thought alone did not work for me. I realised that I had to question how and why did those thoughts get into my mind in the first place.?  The answer was, the culprits were the sense organs, eyes and ears mostly.  They brought such input for my mind. The amount of time I exposed them to negative elements was the deciding factor for how long the thoughts would stay. This awareness came about 30 plus years  ago when I watched soap operas.  My mind was so involved in them that it was pathetic to see how my life revolved around them. How Past And Future Destroy Our Present

It is easy to understand past for it is our experience mostly because we have lived it. Future is dreadful,, for we do not know how, it will unfold so we fear it. Take a peek into your thoughts and be surprised to find, past and future are really ruling your life. Present is actually absent ! Sadly, technology is to be blamed to a great degree too, as it takes us away from our present. The buzz is to live in now but, we are losing the game.  it is like a ball game, going from past to future and the present is waiting on the side, never getting a chance to play.  Very few understand this game.  Those who develop awareness for present, do take a peak at both, watching not to repeat old mistakes and talk themselves out of the fear of future.  True, future is fearful but they have to trust their inner voice or instinct, and go with it and take a chance. If good comes of it, great ! If not, life will give another opportunity soon if you keep insisting.

Tiredness On Waking Up

The feeling of tiredness on waking is an indicator that all though you slept your body could not relax because the mind was not relaxed.  Like anything else body has to be prepared for night's sleep. The night is for the body to do repair work, and if we go to bed without letting go of tiredness and thoughts then we are being unrealistic, expecting the body to over work, without any help.  The tools used to relax are listening to music, watching a show or something that will relax the mind. Right or Wrong Choice of Mind

Good or bad is intrinsic value of everything, every emotion, every action and thought meeting at a certain point. Mind's duty is to recognise this point for it is a slippery slope from Right to Wrong.  Once over Right, it is point of no return. This choice is the one that makes life heaven or hell.  Once the Right point is crossed it is a done deal. the crime is committed and recorded and whether caught or not punishment is inevitable.  if one escapes the law self and Nature will not let you off the hook sooner or later one has to pay.  There is no escape ! An example of quick action reaction is of a car driven within speed limit , eyes open , mind alert gives a blissful ride.  ignore these and there is good possibility of even a death sentence. A slow action example is of physical fitness. Up to a point fitness brings energy, health, revitalisation and independence, but beyond that limit it can tax the body itself, by wanting to do it to such extreme, making one anorexic. Aw

Did You Ever Meet The Author Of Your Life

Curiosity being human nature we always want to know Why, How and Who and When about other's life. Have we ever asked these questions to ourselves and if we did, do we ever wait for the answers. it seems that we are afraid of ourself way more then others.  We do not wait long enough fearing, we might hear the truth about ourself. If we do have a problem we ask others, pretending that we are talking about someone else. We are afraid to face the weaknessess we have. Deep within, we know what we are today is the result of our past input but, we escape  from this responsibility by saying, this is all God's doing or our tough luck. Life would be so much easier if we come to terms with, that, God created us, but we with our thoughts and deeds created our present life. People come into our life as per deed of ours and at the right time in our journey. Our heart according to its experirnces make the decision how it wants to like that person. Kindness The Key To Stress Reduction

Kindness is powerful virtue that can free one internally and externally. We will like to be free of anxieties that we create and those created by around us. We practise this virtue often but without awareness to what it showers on us at the time. It is an intrinsic goodness instilled by Nature in all beings but we overlook the freedom, the experience it displays when we are kind. Kindness is our nature. It happens instantly. It is sitting inside us. I am talking about the kindness in little ways,  for example you see someone arms loaded with parcels you lunge forward to hold the door. It happens naturally. You feel good. For that moment you had no ulterior motive, just felt kindness, and acted kindness. No judgement as to, "why are you carrying so may parcels if you are unable to?   Why do you expect people to help you ? Why can you be more responsible ? "   No such thought. This is what kindness does. It takes away all negativity at the moment. You are indeed very light.

Misunderstanding Anger Taxes Relationships and quality of Life

We believe that others make us angry and and they are totally responsible for it.  Most of us live with this notion all our lives.  it was very easy to blame them and feel good about oneself.  Some realise this and try hard to speak the truth, try not to hurt others but people can still have this power to upset them. Something does not seem right. Why would our Creator want us to be unhappy!  This does not make sense! We make the statement that, " I am getting upset. " How do we know? The obvious answer is I am feeling it in my whole body. If you are feeling it coming, and know that it is very harmful  for the physical and mental body then you should let it out of your body as soon as you feel the urge.  God has made our body such that all waste has to be eliminated but we cannot do so with anger because it is not a physical or concrete thing.  It is taking place in the mind.
