stop blaming the mind

TIME TO STOP BLAMING THE MIND
The Mind is a gift to be used as we wish. It is like an empty disc.
It STORES everything that you put in through all six senses.
It extracts what is needed, as things come up as, per program you put in.
It cannot think on its own.
You are responsible for its action.
You want it to behave you have to control as to what you expose your senses to.
It is tough because most times we are not mindful of what we are:
 watching, thinking, touching or listening.
One who understands this is in total control of mind and is at peace.

Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities We share from our souls with our sisters, friends, and evidently that is VERY GOOD for our health He said that spending time w...
