HOW RUSHING RUINS LIVES OF PARENTS AND CHILDREN

How Rushing Ruins Lives of Parents and Children

The day begun with rush is aiming for a crush. In rush, you loose your patience, love, and balance.
A husband shouts for his wants for he has to rush !
A mother/wife's  voice escalates with anger to get the kids to wake up and rush!

Now that I see others do that I repent for having created all that fuss in my younger life.

How can the rest of the day be nice if it begins with nothing but rush.
I doubt the husband, wife or the young child, on reaching work or school will be fresh.
Each member contributes toward this, unaware how they are making their lives a big mess.

Mindfulness and awareness of thought and action and the resulting reaction can only save us.

Adults need to be aware for the child, it is their responsibility. Punishing is a temporary fix forget that. In power you can do that but long term you are setting up tense relationship with the child for later years. And the hurt you are creating within that child is creating low esteem and unhealthy child.
Save yourself and the child by changing your way about life.
Become the expert yourself.  You can create an optimum life for your family if you become aware and mindful of your daily, routine thoughts and actions.
Let the child bear the natural consequence now instead of pushing them to keep your pride in front of others intact. The lesson learntl now will become his guiding light in the rest of their life.

An Easiest Way To Stress Reduce Stress from Stanford University

In an evening class at Stanford University the last lecture was on the mind-body connection - the relationship between stress and disease The speaker (head of psychiatry at Stanford) said, among other things, that one of the best things that a man could do for his health is to be married to a woman; whereas for a woman, one of the best things she could do for her health was to nurture her relationships with her girlfriends. At first, everyone laughed, but he was serious. Women connect with each other differently and provide support systems that help each other to deal with stress and difficult life experiences Physically this quality "girlfriend time" helps us to create more serotonin neurotransmitter that helps combat depression and can create a general feeling of well being. Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities We share from our souls with our sisters, friends, and evidently that is VERY GOOD for our health He said that spending time w...
