Meditation Most Misunderstood

Meditation means paying undivided attention.  It is paying FULL attention to what ever you are doing AT PRESENT. Doing so helps one to BE SUCCESSFUL AT WORK, BUSINESS, PARENTING. REDUCING STRESS, BE HEALTHIER AND PEACEFUL.  The other bonus of living in PRESENT  with undivided attention is it opens up unimaginable doors of opportunities.
Meditation is living in one tense," PRESENT."  No memory of past or fear of failure in future hanging with you.  The minute you allow the past or the future to creep in, your thoughts are shattered , your focus is disturbed and, you walk towards disappointments, stress and pain.
One focus leads to Gratitude Living which is icing on the cake, for life is enriched further with beautiful bonuses.
Such living naturally gears one towards the relaxation meditation or spiritual meditation.  Spiritual meditation is being one with your innermost spirit or God. If you understand meditation as above then one can slip into relaxation /spiritual meditation many times during the day even for five minutes and rejuvenate.  This meditation removes attachment, for you trust your effort and are totally okay in case your efforts are not being fruitful because you are not attached to the outcome. You  move on saying that, "There is something better out there in His plans for me. "   There is an understanding, satisfaction instead of  disappointment.  This is what I call meditation. It teaches us to live in balance. We beings are put on earth to optimum life and what better way than the power of ONE FOCUS in everything that we do which,  gears us towards blissful living in all situations.

An Easiest Way To Stress Reduce Stress from Stanford University

In an evening class at Stanford University the last lecture was on the mind-body connection - the relationship between stress and disease The speaker (head of psychiatry at Stanford) said, among other things, that one of the best things that a man could do for his health is to be married to a woman; whereas for a woman, one of the best things she could do for her health was to nurture her relationships with her girlfriends. At first, everyone laughed, but he was serious. Women connect with each other differently and provide support systems that help each other to deal with stress and difficult life experiences Physically this quality "girlfriend time" helps us to create more serotonin neurotransmitter that helps combat depression and can create a general feeling of well being. Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities We share from our souls with our sisters, friends, and evidently that is VERY GOOD for our health He said that spending time w...
