Caring should be our Nature...

Why  should we care about what we have now?

Care, because it is with you. If you long for more than you have then show some sincere care to what you have.
Look around, there are millions who do not have what you do! You may think that you can pretend that you care without really caring. You are kidding yourself, if this is what you think. Just do a survey of people you know. How many have lost what they had.
It  is the law of nature demanding respect for your possessions.
I have experienced that life is a test.  You have to value all that you have. It is there with you for Nature's reasons. You may figure it out or not. But care you must, not because you want more but because you want to be a responsible citizen of this world.  You are grateful for this human birth and want to make the most of it sincerely.
Live for this moment now, by being a caring person and tomorrow will not be total disappointment.
Gratitude in all you do and possess wears off unkind forces giving you the understanding of life. Just imagine how would life be if what you care was taken away.

Care it this time around for who knows what will we be born as in our next life. Could be any one of the 84 million species known, at least! Be full of gratitude, to be on the top.

An Easiest Way To Stress Reduce Stress from Stanford University

In an evening class at Stanford University the last lecture was on the mind-body connection - the relationship between stress and disease The speaker (head of psychiatry at Stanford) said, among other things, that one of the best things that a man could do for his health is to be married to a woman; whereas for a woman, one of the best things she could do for her health was to nurture her relationships with her girlfriends. At first, everyone laughed, but he was serious. Women connect with each other differently and provide support systems that help each other to deal with stress and difficult life experiences Physically this quality "girlfriend time" helps us to create more serotonin neurotransmitter that helps combat depression and can create a general feeling of well being. Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities We share from our souls with our sisters, friends, and evidently that is VERY GOOD for our health He said that spending time w...
