The easiest way to change

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy
Not on fighting the old and but on building the New
                                                                    -Socrates

This makes so much sense. We fail in life because our energy is wasted in stopping the old habit. Personally, this has worked for me.
The more I am focused on not doing something, it happened more.
I would lose my sleep over it worrying day and night and when I needed the energy during the day, my energy level would be so low that I would make silly mistakes.
When I started to focus on the change, things went much smoother.
Also, I believe strongly in the law of attraction. If I am positive, the change does happen, might take time but I have achieved many impossible changes in life.

At first, everyone laughed, but he was serious. Women connect with each other differently and provide support systems that help each other to deal with stress and difficult life experiences Physically this quality "girlfriend time" helps us to create more serotonin neurotransmitter that helps combat depression and can create a general feeling of well being. Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities We share from our souls with our sisters, friends, and evidently that is VERY GOOD for our health He said that spending time w...
