We fail in life because our energy is wasted in stopping the old habit. Personally, this has worked for me. The more I am focused on not doing something, it happened more. I would lose my sleep over it worrying day and night and when I needed the energy during the day, my energy level would be so low that I would make silly mistakes. When I started to focus on the change, things went much smoother. Also, I believe strongly in the law of attraction. If I am positive, the change does happen, might take time but I have achieved many impossible changes in life.

Every second of the day  our acts physically  or in thought decides -- our peace of our mind. We are writing our fate  ALWAYS. Does today feel sad or restless? Analyze your every move up until now. Actually, you don't even need to do that.  Your conscious rings the warning bell  before a crime takes place. Listening to it! It becomes living  IN THE MOMENT.   IT IS THE BIGGEST BLESSING. IT BEGINS WITHIN MIND AS A THOUGHT. YOU CAN CONTROL IT BY BEING MINDFUL. BECOME YOUR OWN MASTER NOW ONWARDS!

Every being is collecting blessings or curses every second of a day. These collections affect his family and his continent in a big way.   Yesterday I was at the Niagara Falls and witnessed both, the entire day.  People were using public facilities and collecting them in a big way.  As I stood in a line I witness ed  the reactions of people as they entered the booths and left them.  Those who got a dry and clean booth came out in a good mood. Their energy was good.  Those who got a wet or filthy booth came out with the disgusting face and looked at all the other people of similar race as the previous user.  Some were very vocal about it.  We know every thought silent or spoken reaches the person known or unknown as energy vibes.  Then there was another incidence where a family sat on the benches in a park to rest their feet .  As the rest of the family sat down their young teenage daughter picked up some garbage on the ground and took it to the garbage bins.  My husband
