Bind with Mind

we hurt the people we love the most

We hurt the people we love the most How and why do we do that? We all have done it and are still doing it under the pretense of changing them for better. We desperately want them to be like us. When no two people are made identical what makes us think that we can do a better job than the Creator Himself. According to the Eastern Philosophy, we are beings of habits and experiences and every so often we change bodies but the habits and experiences are transferred into the new body as soul. If we understand life in this philosophy then there is less chance of hurting our loved ones. We then understand the helplessness of their persistent character. We can then change our reaction to compassion and send positive ways and blessings to realize on their own by watching us living in more peace than them. Bring people to a better place with understanding and not judging.

Emotional Blockage

Ego, loneliness, sickness, and desperateness have one thing in common.  That one thing I find is emotional constipation, congestion or blockage. Whatever one might want to name, it is very painful and it isolates one. It t gives one the feeling of being jailed in your own skin without an outlet. We as beings love victimization because it lets us scot free by simply blaming the other and gets sympathy from the onlookers I have learned that freedom from such blockage is totally on us. Someone else can teach but, the result will appear only when you decide to take the initiative from within.  Stretch shoulders or neck and feel how good it feels. You just let go of the burden, stress that was in those areas. Similarly, decongest by stretching the thought or pain with the ingoing breath and relax as the breath comes out. A few o

Life is a lifelong school

How Meditation Works Observe your mind. It works 24/7.  Even when you are sleeping, it dreams!  How tiring for the physical and the mental system of our body. Just imagine sleepless nights forever. The mind is so spent out it needs recharging and meditation does that. Benefits are ample. Peace, rejuvenation, refresh, physical and mental healing are just a few. During meditation, every other system goes into low maintenance and all the focus is on one thought or part of your that requires full attention to healing.  The blood flow is maximum to the attempted part. We know this that anything that gets love and attention simply flourishes. Meditation is a holiday without going anywhere that does wonder!
