On September 14, 2015, you left the gift of eyesight.
On September 15th it was sewn into my eye to give me sight
It was an amazing feeling, you gave me hope and some sight
Months ago, I felt the darkness, the doctor confirmed I had lost sight
It was a sad day. I have failed and disappointed my four donors, I thought! I sat with a very heavy heart.
After a couple of days, I realized I cannot and will not give up! Not just like that. The doctor had given me a three-month
appointment. At that time she would decide what course to take.
I have this time on my hands! Giving up is not my style! I have to try!
I give sessions on better living. I share with people, ways to assist in their healing powers by working on their,
physical, mental and emotional well being.
This was my test and I had three months to work at it.
I researched all I could do and worked and worked through exercise, food, and faith in the Almighty and did everything to
be positive. Come what may, I will have to accept but I was not giving up that easily.
The time came for the appointment.
My sight was checked and I showed signs of vision.
It was a very happy day. In good light, I can see more than 50 %.
The doctor was pleasantly surprised. She said to keep, working! We have faith in you!
It is a beautiful feeling. Thank you to all four donors of mine and their beautiful families.
They are all in my prayers. God bless them and give them the strength to move on with the life with love and peace.
